Aurora Place

A flagship development for EAPG and PTG Land, in joint venture with developer Lendlease, Aurora Place was a building ahead of its time. Completed in 2000 in time for the Sydney Olympics, the Renzo Piano designed commercial tower featured automated louvered wintergardens that regulated temperatures on all floors, as well as fritted glass facades and automated sunshades that controlled solar exposure.

Macquarie Apartments

Designed by renowned Italian architect Renzo Piano, with expansive views over the Royal Botanic Gardens and Sydney Harbour, Macquarie Apartments consists of 62 apartments over 16 levels. The louvered glass façade of the building provides a changing kaleidoscope of city living at its best.

Graphite Square

PTG Land leads a consortium to partner with Thirdi UK to invest in this new mixed-use development in Vauxhall, London. The project will feature 110 private apartments, 50 affordable apartments and 85,000 of flexible offices spaces. Graphite Square will be a next generation product to bring people and jobs to an area synonymous with industrial heritage. Connected by a central public realm, the scheme will enrich the area and make Graphite Square a place that people can enjoy to live and work.

The Metropolitan

EAPG’s first development in 1997, The Metropolitan is still one of the most sought-after business addresses in Ho Chi Minh City and across Vietnam. Being sensitive to The Metropolitan’s prominent location opposite Notre Dame Cathedral and adjacent to the historic General Post Office, EAPG chose P&T Architects to develop a modern interpretation of classic architecture to compliment the historically significant square.
